Businesses located in the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area are being invited to register for a new Business Resilience Programme as part of the NMD Business Growth Programme, which is open to any SME located in the Council area.

The project is part funded by Invest Northern Ireland and the European Regional Development Fund under the Investment for Growth & Jobs Northern Ireland (2014 -2020) programme.

The ongoing Covid-19 crisis is having a serious impact on businesses worldwide, and local companies are not exempt from the pandemic. No firm can carry on a ‘business as usual’ approach and the Business Resilience Programme can help guide business owners through the current crisis.

The Business Resilience Programme, which is free to attend, will involve:-

·        A specific remote business diagnostic exercise to assess the current positioning of the business as a result of the Covid 19 situation;

·        4 remote workshops – Building personal resilience in tough times; leading others in crisis situations; looking after your mental health; managing time and managing projects.

·        2 days of remote mentoring to assist businesses to apply the key learning points to their own business.

To register, simply contact Sandy at Full Circle – Email:- sandy@fullcircle.eu.com or by phone on 028 9069 1027. The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is Thursday 9 April at 12:00 Noon.
